So you may have heard the term pet level or the phrase I pet leveling before. What does it mean?
Pet leveling is a type of combat where the character earns their pet XP as fast as possible. Since pets gain XP depending on the amount of time spent in combat, combats must be prolonged to earn the pet the maximum amount of XP possible in a given amount of time. Typically, the chosen monster type will be one that does the least damage to the character, has a high defense and high health regeneration speed. The monster must also have a green, white, yellow or red-colored name. Monsters with blue-names will not earn your pet XP, so that you maybe lose some of your cheap lastchaos gold.
Knights are most often used as pet levelers because of their passive skills that allow them to regenerate health very quickly. If they can regenerate health faster than a monster can damage them, then they do not have to worry about dying while pet leveling. Unfortunately for knights, they have a high physical attack and will end up eventually killing most monsters barehanded. So that you will not feel regret when you buy last chaos gold, because it is useful for you in the game.
